Why this Retreat?
The reasons why this retreat was created are difficult to quantify as it will be transformational in all the ways that you need it to be for YOU. At the same time, there are some key reasons why I was called to design and offer it for those who are ready to be transformed…
1. Embrace the Journey of Self-Discovery: I believe that when more women are operating from a state of being in which they are able to care for themselves and connect with their highest self, this world will experience more healing, more joy, and more love just to begin with.
2. Empowerment and Integration: I am a teacher at heart. I know that by sharing all of the wisdom I have acquired on my journey, in a digestible and easy-to-process manner, a ripple of impact will be created from me, through you, and on to others. While we will be deeply integrated in transformative activities, it is vitally important that you also have the time and space to marinate in, process, and embody the lessons in a way that feels authentic to you. This retreat has been designed to give you an opportunity to reflect, relax, and draw inspiration from within and as a complete experience.
3. Nurture Your Mind, Body, and Spirit: This retreat is about YOU. It is an opportunity to focus on yourself without having to worry about a thing. The only thing you need to do is get here! Once you’re here, we’ve got you!
4. Women Elevating Women: When you join the Sisterhood through attending the Puissant Retreat, you’re also supporting other women owned businesses.
5. Cultivate Sisterhood and Connection: Discover a roadmap to finding YOU through community. This retreat is women coming together to see each other, hear each other, lean on each other, love on each other, and heal together in a safe, vibrant, and healing space. We will get emotionally naked and vulnerable, including me bearing my heart and soul. You will leave this retreat a transformed woman. And one of the best parts, you will have a Sisterhood to lean on and celebrate with for future adventures.

The Puissant Experience
I want you to visualize what this experience will feel like.
- You will be in a gorgeous home on the beach for 6 days/5 nights
- Each day will be filled with a range of holistic wellness activities, pampering, reflection, self-discovery, love and Sisterhood to provide you with a truly immersive and unforgettable experience

Day 1: Transcendance
Welcome! With Sisters arriving throughout the day, our focus will simply be to settle in and connect. We will end the day with a Sisterhood Family Dinner and quiet time for everyone to complete an assessment in preparation for Day 2. Own Your Brilliance

Day 2: Energetic
We will tap into our Soul Energy and awaken parts of us hidden deep within. We will release negative physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy to create space for stepping into our Puissant Energy on Day 3. Your Soul's Energy

Day 3: Risque
We will get real and raw with ourselves and each other. We will challenge everything and explore the unknown versions of ourselves in preparation for Day 4. Find Your Power

Day 4: Intentional
We will make decisions that powerfully ground us in our Puissant Energy. We will identify and create the tools and pathways to embody this new way of being in preparation for Day 5. FUCK YES Energy

Day 5: Compassionate
We will learn how to embody this energy in every area of life. We will explore ways in which we can be true to ourselves while leading with love and compassion. This is the final area of embodiment necessary to prepare us for what's coming on Day 6. Lovingly Weave Into Life

We will powerfully close out our time together with a Puissant photoshoot! It's time to celebrate the new you and return to your loved ones a re-energized Goddess! It's Time Goddess!

Why Terica?
|
I was that woman who by all outward appearances was doing life “right”. I was in my mid-30’s and “living the dream”. I was making enough money to support myself and my daughter, I had bought a home, and I was doing work I enjoyed (for the most part), but I was miserable. Emotionally, mentally and physically bankrupt and at my highest weight ever. Sadly it took a catastrophic event for me wake up.
From that place of darkness, I took inspired action and radically transformed my life. Since 2012, I have been focused on my personal healing journey and intentionally designing my dream life. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on books, programs, conferences, and coaches. My life today looks NOTHING like it did before. My mission, put simply, is to empower you to live a FUCK YES life! My Soul Sisters and I are on mission to help more women live a life they LOVE! Why the name Puissant?
I had actually never heard the word Puissant until a friend shared it with me one day when we were brainstorming names for a merch line I had envisioned. When he first mentioned it, I was taken back, curious. So of course, I looked it up and learned the definition was “having power or influence”. Also saw “powerful; mighty; potent” and “of great force or vigor”. It’s an adjective, which means a word that describes something…a powerful kind of energy…Goddess level energy! I also love how it sounds a little naughty; giving it an edge, something mysterious and unexpected…much like me.
